Organic Iberico ham
‘El Encinar de Ocón’ is the estate in the Ocón valley in Spain where the pigs are kept. The estate covers 42 acres of shrubs and woodland. This large estate offers the pigs a completely ecological diet. During their time on the estate, the pigs can go where they want. This freedom of movement ensures the fatty elements are well distributed in the meat. This results in a high quality ham.
