Los Cameros (Blend)

A cheese produced from high quality cow milk (min. 60%), sheep milk (min. 20%), and goat milk (min. 6%). The curd is shaped carefully. Then the cheese is put in a cotton cheesecloth and pressed. The cheese is drenched in a olive oil bath, giving the cheese an intense and soft flavour. Round cheese of approx. 3kg.
